You have done all the work of planning your wedding, but you can’t work your wedding day.

It’s called “Day-of Coordinating”, but it’s more like month of coordinating. A month and a half out from your wedding, I will work with you to create timelines, manage your wedding vendors, and make sure anyone with an important role knows where they need to be, and when.

As your Day-of Coordinator, I’ll take care of the details, and you can enjoy the day you’ve been dreaming of!

I have always loved everything about events, and coordinating is right at the center of an interest, skill, and passion for me. I have never stopped loving weddings and events among my many fleeting interests and hobbies! The people, the stories, the families, flowers, venues, and small details. I am exceptional at planning ahead and organizing people. I am also unashamed to say I’m really great at (and not afraid to) tell people what to do- HEY MOTB- I got it, go have fun! Arguably most importantly, I am passionate about couples living in the moment on their wedding day.

The Process

  • Inquiry

    A simple, no-strings-attached form to see if I am available on your wedding weekend. Any questions you have can be answered here as well!

  • Questionnaire

    Within 24 hours after your inquiry, you will receive an email with further questions so I can get to know more about you and your wedding! This will help me customize a proposal for you.

  • Book

    If no tweaks are needed on the proposal, then we can lock down your date! YAY!

  • Organize

    Six weeks before your big day, I will get in touch with you to go over what you have planned, and make sure we are fully prepared for the rehearsal and wedding day to go smoothly!
