Day-of Coordination
5 weeks before your wedding, I work with you to bring your vision to life! You have booked your vendors, and have everything ordered, but how does it all fit together logistically? I will work with you to create timelines, manage your wedding vendors, and make sure anyone with an important role knows where they need to be, and when.

You have been planning and dreaming about your wedding, but how does your big day fit together and flow? Phone calls with vendors, creating timelines, running the walk through, and making sure everyone is on schedule are just a few things that provide to make the day go as smooth as butter.
I’ll be there for any questions people have on the day-of, so you and your loved ones can be present, but most importantly I’ll be a steady presence on your big day.

Pricing starting at $1,200
FAQs
How much do you charge for travel?
The first 100 miles of driving are complimentary, and every mile after is 50 cents/mile to compensate for my time, and gas.
What if my wedding is not in the missoula area?
If your wedding is further than 50 miles away from Missoula, I do ask for lodging to be covered by the client. The lodging can be onsite if it’s included in your venue, or it must be a hotel located within 15 miles of the venue. I include this cost in my proposal once you fill out the questionnaire so you have an exact cost with no hidden fees by the time you’re ready to book!
Do you only offer Day-of Coordinating?
As of right now, I am only offering day-of coordinating. I have experience throwing different events, and am open to any inquiries about party planning, event management, vendor resourcing, and design.
